I couldn’t have hoped for a more valuable mentor coaching experience than the one I had with Brenda. I especially appreciated the time and space to reflect fully on my skills as a coach and get clear on what was working and what needed additional attention. Brenda answered every question I had and challenged me to think about my role as a coach in a new, and often more fulfilling, way. She covered each of the core competencies in a way that felt applicable to my real world experience and her feedback on my sample recordings was insightful. I left the experience more excited about the work of coaching and inspired to continue my own professional development.
