Coaches have two options
Individual or Group Mentor Coaching

Group Mentor Coaching Program:

7 hours of group coaching plus 3 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching completed over a minimum of three months

Small group size of no larger than 10 coaches

Satisfies the ICF's 10-Hour of mentor coaching requirement for credentialing
